We collect information about you when you contact us through the on-line enquiry or event booking forms; we will only collect the information that you provide in the forms. For WCSO members we will hold abbreviated names, email addresses and membership status in order to manage membership of the society.
How will we use the information about you?
We use the information we hold about you to:
- Respond to enquires submitted through the contact form
- Manage bookings to WCSO events when information is submitted through on-line booking forms
- If we have your consent to do so, e-mail you with details of forthcoming events, membership issues or other items that we believe may be relevant and of interest
